Welcome to the Eurasian Inclusive Cup 2026
The Eurasian Inclusive Cup 2026 is an international sailing championship sanctioned by World Sailing, bringing together sailors of all abilities from across Eurasia. Hosted by the Royal Mysore Sailing Club at Krishnarajasagar Lake, this event marks a significant milestone in the development of accessible sailing in India and the wider region.
Organizing Authority
The event is organized by Royal Mysore Sailing Club (RMSC) in association with Royal Madras Yacht Club, Chennai and Royal Madras Yacht Club, Ennore, sanctioned by World Sailing, and supported by the Yachting Association of India (YAI) and the Karnataka State Sailing Association (KSSA).

- Complete the Entry Form (Addendum A in the NoR) for competitors
- Complete the Support Person/Team Leader Form (Addendum B) for support staff

Requirements:
- Valid MNA sailing license (if applicable by local MNA)
- World Sailing Sailor ID (mandatory for official rankings)
- Parental authorisation for sailors under 18 years
- MANDATORY: Valid third-party liability insurance coverage
What's Included
- Free boat charter — Hansa 2.3, Hansa 303, and SV 14 provided by organizers (first-come, first-served; limited availability). Competitors may use their own sails subject to Technical Committee approval.
- Free tented shared accommodation at RMSC premises (maximum 16 persons, first-come first-served) — residents receive breakfast and dinner. Hotel accommodation also arranged at subsidised rate on Bed and Breakfast basis; hotel charges paid by competitors at the hotel.
- Free lunch and dinner for all registered competitors, support persons, and team leaders (coupon system; hamper issued at registration)
- Free local transport — Airport to Hotel and back, Hotel to Venue and back, and sightseeing, from 24 August to 1 September 2026 at scheduled timings
Eligibility & Classes
The event is open to sailors in the following classes (both Inclusive and Para categories):

- Each competitor may enter a maximum of two events
- Race committee will schedule races at different times to allow participation in multiple classes
- Minimum 3 boats required for a division to be valid
- Separate entry form required for each event entered
Rules & Regulations
The regatta will be governed by:
- The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS)
- World Sailing Equipment Rules of Sailing (ERS)
- World Sailing Race Management Manual Section Y, Part 1
- World Sailing Para-Classification Rules of Sailing (May 2019, as amended by the NoR)
- Support Person Regulations including Coach Boats (SPR)
Key Rule Changes (from NoR):
- One-Turn Penalty replaces the standard Two-Turn Penalty (RRS 44.1 and P2.1 modified)
- Appendix P applies
- International Jury decisions are final
Scoring System
- 6 races scheduled per event
- 2 races minimum to constitute a series
- When fewer than 5 races completed: total of all race scores
- When 5 or more races completed: total excluding worst score
Safety Requirements
- Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs) must be brought by all competitors
- For non-para competitors: RRS 40.1 applies at all times while afloat
- For para competitors: World Sailing Race Management Manual Section Y.1.8.1 (Life Jackets) applies
- Competitors must attend the compulsory briefing on 26 Aug 2026 at 0800 hrs
- Competitors must provide their own slings for hoisting
Equipment Adaptations
Competitors requiring disability-related equipment adaptations that do not meet class rules must apply to the Adaptations Committee, which consists of the Technical Committee, PRO, International Jury Chair, International Classifiers, and Class representative (where applicable). Competitors with a Hansa Class RAE (Replacement or Additional Equipment) that has already been approved will not require re-approval unless a modification has occurred — the RAE must be presented at measurement.
Media, Advertising & Drones
- Boats will display advertising chosen and supplied by the OA
- Upon registration, competitors automatically grant the OA, World Sailing, and event partners the right to use their image and likeness in media and promotional material, in perpetuity
- Only OA drones are permitted over the venue and racing area. Any other drone requires prior written approval from the OA, and the operator must hold a valid DGCA license
- Top 3 competitors and individual race winners may be required to attend a daily media press conference
Support Persons & Team Leaders
Support persons and team leaders are welcome and must:
- Complete the separate Support Person/Team Leader Entry Form (Addendum B) and email to rmsc.mys.regatta@gmail.com by 31 Jul 2026
- Register support vessels with the OA; vessels must display national letters/flag (minimum 200mm × 300mm) visible from both sides
- Hold valid third-party liability insurance (minimum Rs. 25,000 cover per incident)
- Operators must hold valid operator license/certificate

- Only OA drones are permitted to fly over the venue and racing area. Any other drone requires written approval from the OA and a valid DGCA license.
